So often when it comes to our fitness, we settle into a routine. We do the same things over and over again, and then we get frustrated when we don’t continue to get results. Then, we give up for a while. And then, we get back into the routine again, and it works – we just don’t lose quite as much weight as the first time before we begin to plateau.
