“I’m a nighttime snacker.”
“I am definitely a stress eater.”
“I’m just always tired, so I don’t exercise.”
“I can’t get through a morning without caffeine.”
Do any of these sound familiar to you? I’m sure many of us, myself included, have said these multiple times. We call them our “bad habits,” but I’m here to challenge that notion – are they really so bad?
